Hi, I'm Susan Kohler, Sue to most people. I am a native Californian, but have since moved to Ohio. For years I was an active member in the spanking scene.

I wish I could claim to be young and beautiful, but I'm just me, sixty now, and overweight. I have blond hair, when I remember to color it and hazel eyes.

My writing takes four forms now: the romance novels, and the more kinky spanking novels, plus some adult fairy tales and lately some Christian novels, even I'm in shock! They're not so far apart really, but some like one, some like one of the others and hopefully some like them all.

I've been an animal lover all my life, with several horses, and dogs over the years.

Currently, I have a Boston Terrier named Oreo. She's a little brat like her owner, but she's also very loving. I also have a rescue which I recently learned is a Taiwanese Mountain Dog who is very sweet.

Although in my first novel, The Paddle Club, I let my imagination run wild, I have seen and done most, if not all, of what I write about.

I tried to write this book without the sleaze and exploitation most spanking stories have. It us not based on BDSM or D/s, and there is no abusive or dirty language.

Instead I tried to put in some romance, and the sense of fun, and warmth of the people I know in the scene.

In The Paddle Club especially, these people enjoy giving and/or getting spankings. As in real life, the woman is not always the one getting spanked, so I also included stories where the man is the bottom.

I wanted to write a fun spanking book, filled with romance and lively characters who are warm and friendly. I tried to get rid of the exploitation, the abuse, and the stereotypes that are common in spanking novels--and still leave the fun and spice in!!!

My characters are adults, of various shapes and ages, many switch from top to bottom. These folks have fun and they like to party. Follow their story as Suzanne, joins the group. She meets James and they fall in love. More members join and romances bloom as they participate in initiations, slave auctions, spanko trade fairs, kinky carnivals and many more fun and games.

I followed the novel with two collections of short stories:

Both collections are split between fun and discipline spankings, with men and women both getting spanked.

Hot Crossed Buns is a collection of spanking short stories that include erotic, play and discipline scenarios. The stories are filled with adult women and men of various shapes and ages who enjoy giving and/or getting spanked.

The stories range from purchasing domination services in "Store Bought Pain" to fun and discipline in the office in "Gee, Thanks Boss" and "Office Pranks, Office Spanks" to a daughter’s punishment in "My Butt Belongs To Daddy" and more. A full dozen stories in all.

Another Batch of Warm Buns is my second collection of spanking short stories that once again include erotic, play and discipline scenarios.
The stories range from betting spanks on sporting events in "You Bet Your Ass" to fun and discipline in the office in "Jesse: The Hard-Handed Janitor" to a woman’s encounter with a stranger she’s met over the internet in "Spanked by Email" to one police department’s harsh discipline for speeders in "C.O.P.S.: Count On Painful Smacks" and much, much more.

My dark and spanky romance novel, The Heart Of The Beast, is a historical romance novel, very loosely based on Beauty and the Beast but with several spanking scenes, and of course, lots of hot, steamy love scenes.

Beauty is a virgin, beautiful, brave, and strong-willed. The Beast is a warrior, handsome, fierce, and cold-hearted. The fire and passion between them makes her a woman and teaches him how to love.

I have also written three straight romance novels:

Working Romance, Who's Taming Who? and Dreaming Of Tomorrww

In Working Romance a young widow meets a handsome man at the nude beach and soon learns he is her new boss!

In Who's Taming Who? A handsome man is set up with a hot-tempered woman who wants nothing to do with him, until she falls in love.

In Dreaming Of Tomorrow a woman learns that life happens, and you can't wait until things are perfect to really live.
